How to delete your account (English)
- Send a deletion request by email to support@photocardbd.com or by WhatsApp to +8801580578930, or use our contact page.
- Write: "Please delete my Photo Card BD account" and include the phone number or email registered in your account.
- We verify that the request comes from the account owner (we may send an OTP to your registered phone).
- Your account and data are deleted within 7 business days, and we confirm by SMS or email.
Data that is deleted
- Account details: name, phone number, email address, password, profile photo
- Organisation details: name, logo, website, Facebook page link, brand colours
- Created and stored news cards, uploaded frames/designs and photos
- Connected Facebook Page and its access token, scheduled posts
- Fingerprint/face login keys (passkeys), notification tokens, app preferences, wallet balance records
Data that is kept, and for how long
- Payment and transaction records (package, amount, transaction ID, date) — kept for up to 5 years for accounting and legal requirements, then deleted.
- Security logs (login time, IP address) — kept for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.
- Server backups may contain your data for up to 30 days before they are overwritten.
Delete only some data
- Remove a connected Facebook Page instantly: News card → Setup → Facebook Page → Remove.
- Delete stored cards from News card → My cards; they are also deleted automatically after the number of days shown there.
- Turn off fingerprint login: Profile → Settings → Security. Turn off notifications from your phone settings.
অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছবেন যেভাবে (বাংলা)
- ইমেইল করুন support@photocardbd.com-এ, অথবা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ করুন 01580578930-এ, অথবা যোগাযোগ পেজ থেকে অনুরোধ পাঠান।
- লিখুন: "আমার ফটো কার্ড বিডি অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে দিন" — সাথে অ্যাকাউন্টের ফোন নম্বর বা ইমেইল দিন।
- অ্যাকাউন্টের মালিক কি না যাচাই করা হবে (নিবন্ধিত নম্বরে OTP যেতে পারে)।
- ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে অ্যাকাউন্ট ও তথ্য মুছে SMS বা ইমেইলে জানানো হবে।
যা মুছে যাবে
- নাম, ফোন, ইমেইল, পাসওয়ার্ড, প্রোফাইল ছবি
- প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম, লোগো, ওয়েবসাইট, ফেসবুক পেজ, ব্র্যান্ড রং
- বানানো ও জমা থাকা নিউজ কার্ড, আপলোড করা ফ্রেম/ডিজাইন ও ছবি
- যুক্ত ফেসবুক পেজ ও তার টোকেন, শিডিউল করা পোস্ট
- ফিঙ্গারপ্রিন্ট লগইনের চাবি, নোটিফিকেশন টোকেন, অ্যাপের পছন্দ, ওয়ালেটের রেকর্ড
যা কিছুদিন থাকবে
- পেমেন্টের রেকর্ড (প্যাকেজ, টাকা, ট্রানজেকশন আইডি, তারিখ) — হিসাব ও আইনের প্রয়োজনে সর্বোচ্চ ৫ বছর, তারপর মুছে যায়।
- নিরাপত্তা লগ (লগইনের সময়, IP) — সর্বোচ্চ ৯০ দিন।
- সার্ভারের ব্যাকআপে সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ দিন থাকতে পারে।
শুধু কিছু তথ্য মুছতে চাইলে
- ফেসবুক পেজ: নিউজ কার্ড → সেটআপ → ফেসবুক পেজ → সরান (সাথে সাথে মুছে যায়)।
- জমা থাকা কার্ড: নিউজ কার্ড → আমার কার্ড থেকে মুছুন; নির্দিষ্ট দিন পর নিজে থেকেও মুছে যায়।
- ফিঙ্গারপ্রিন্ট লগইন: প্রোফাইল → সেটিংস → সিকিউরিটি। নোটিফিকেশন: ফোনের সেটিংস থেকে বন্ধ করুন।
