Privacy Policy (English)

This policy explains how Photo Card BD ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our Android app Photo Card BD: News Card Maker (package com.photocardbd.app) and our website photocardbd.com (together, the "Service"). The app opens our website inside a secure Chrome window (Trusted Web Activity), so the same policy applies to both.
1. Information we collect

2. How we use information
- Provide the Service: create cards and frames, store your cards, post to your Facebook Page on request.
- Account security: login protection, rate limiting, fraud prevention.
- Communication: OTP, package activation, invoices, important notices by SMS, email or push notification.
- Improve the Service and measure our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing with third parties
- Google — Google Sign-In (if you use it), Google AdSense ads on the website, Google Play services.
- Meta (Facebook) — Facebook Login for connecting your Page; Meta Pixel on the website to measure our ads (page views, registration, purchase events).
- SMS and email providers — to deliver OTP and notifications.
- Hosting provider — our servers store the data listed above.
- Legal reasons — if required by law in Bangladesh.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
4. Data retention
- Account data is kept while your account is active.
- Stored news cards are deleted automatically after the number of days shown in "My cards".
- Security logs are kept for a limited period.
- When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we must keep by law (for example payment records).
5. Your choices and data deletion
- Edit your profile from Profile → Settings.
- Turn notifications or fingerprint login off anytime from your phone or Settings → Security.
- Disconnect your Facebook Page from News card → Setup.
- Request account and data deletion from your dashboard, or by following photocardbd.com/data-deletion, or by emailing us. We process requests within 30 days.
6. Security
All data is sent over HTTPS (SSL). Passwords are stored hashed, and logins are protected against repeated attempts. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change, and important changes will be announced in the app or on the website.

ফটো কার্ড বিডির অ্যান্ড্রয়েড অ্যাপ (com.photocardbd.app) ও ওয়েবসাইট photocardbd.com ব্যবহারের সময় আমরা কী তথ্য নিই, কেন নিই, কার সাথে শেয়ার করি এবং কীভাবে মুছতে পারবেন — তা এখানে বলা হলো। অ্যাপটি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটই নিরাপদ Chrome উইন্ডোতে খোলে, তাই একই নীতি দুই জায়গায় প্রযোজ্য।
১. যে তথ্য নিই
- নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ইমেইল — অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা, লগইন, OTP ও প্যাকেজ-সংক্রান্ত বার্তার জন্য।
- Google অ্যাকাউন্টের নাম ও ইমেইল — শুধু "Google দিয়ে চালিয়ে যান" বেছে নিলে। আপনার Google পাসওয়ার্ড আমরা পাই না।
- প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম, লোগো, ওয়েবসাইট, ফেসবুক পেজ, ব্র্যান্ড রং — কার্ডে বসানোর জন্য।
- আপনার দেওয়া ছবি ও লেখা — কার্ড ও ফ্রেম বানাতে। ফ্রেমের ছবি আপনার ফোনেই প্রসেস হয়। ডাউনলোড করা নিউজ কার্ড "আমার কার্ড"-এ নির্দিষ্ট কয়েক দিন থাকে, তারপর নিজে থেকে মুছে যায়।
- ফেসবুক পেজ (ঐচ্ছিক) — পেজ যুক্ত করলে আপনার অনুরোধে কার্ড পোস্ট করতে পেজের টোকেন নিরাপদে রাখা হয়। যেকোনো সময় বিচ্ছিন্ন করা যায়।
- ফিঙ্গারপ্রিন্ট/ফেস লগইন (ঐচ্ছিক) — আপনার আঙুলের ছাপ বা মুখ কখনো ফোনের বাইরে আসে না; আমরা শুধু একটি পাবলিক কী ও ফোনের নাম রাখি।
- নোটিফিকেশন (ঐচ্ছিক) — চালু করলে নোটিফিকেশন পাঠানোর জন্য একটি টোকেন।
- পেমেন্টের রেকর্ড (শুধু ওয়েবসাইটে) — প্যাকেজ, টাকার পরিমাণ, ট্রানজেকশন আইডি। আপনার PIN আমরা কখনো দেখি না। অ্যান্ড্রয়েড অ্যাপের ভেতরে কেনাকাটা নেই।
- ব্যবহার ও ডিভাইসের তথ্য — IP, ব্রাউজার/ফোনের ধরন, অ্যাপে ফোনের মডেল ও Android সংস্করণ (ফোন নম্বর কখনো নয়), ভিজিট করা পেজ — নিরাপত্তা, ভুল ঠিক করা ও সেবা উন্নত করতে।
- কুকি — লগইন ধরে রাখা, পছন্দ মনে রাখা, বিশ্লেষণ ও বিজ্ঞাপন মাপার জন্য।
২. তথ্য কার সাথে শেয়ার হয়
- Google — Google লগইন, ওয়েবসাইটে AdSense বিজ্ঞাপন, Google Play।
- Meta (ফেসবুক) — পেজ যুক্ত করতে Facebook Login; ওয়েবসাইটে Meta Pixel (আমাদের বিজ্ঞাপনের ফল মাপতে)।
- SMS ও ইমেইল সেবাদাতা — OTP ও নোটিফিকেশন পাঠাতে।
- হোস্টিং — আমাদের সার্ভারে তথ্য রাখা হয়।
- আইনগত প্রয়োজনে — বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী।
আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রি করি না।
৩. তথ্য কতদিন থাকে ও কীভাবে মুছবেন
- অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু থাকা পর্যন্ত অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য থাকে।
- জমা থাকা নিউজ কার্ড নির্দিষ্ট দিন পর নিজে থেকে মুছে যায়।
- অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছতে চাইলে ড্যাশবোর্ড থেকে অনুরোধ করুন, অথবা photocardbd.com/data-deletion-এর নির্দেশনা দেখুন, অথবা ইমেইল করুন। ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে মুছে ফেলা হয় (আইন অনুযায়ী যা রাখতে হয়, যেমন পেমেন্ট রেকর্ড, তা ছাড়া)।
- নোটিফিকেশন, ফিঙ্গারপ্রিন্ট লগইন ও ফেসবুক পেজ যেকোনো সময় বন্ধ/বিচ্ছিন্ন করা যায়।
৪. নিরাপত্তা
সব তথ্য HTTPS (SSL) দিয়ে যায়, পাসওয়ার্ড এনক্রিপ্ট করে রাখা হয়, বারবার ভুল লগইন আটকানো হয়।
৫. শিশু
এই সেবা ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সীদের জন্য নয়; জেনেশুনে তাদের তথ্য নেওয়া হয় না।
