Photo Card BD sells digital services (news card packages, reel/AI voice packs, photo frames and wallet top-ups) that are activated instantly; nothing is shipped. A full refund is given if payment was deducted but the service was not activated within 24 hours, for duplicate payments, if a technical fault on our side is not resolved within 3 working days, or if requested within 24 hours of activation with no cards/videos made. Used, downloaded or expired services are not refundable. Unused wallet balance can be refunded within 7 days of top-up. Requests must be made within 7 days of payment with the transaction ID; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Rocket/card) within 7–10 working days. Packages do not auto-renew. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
